- Do you export umbrellas worldwide?
- Yes. We offer air express, cargo and railway, and sea freight, and help pick the option that fits your delivery time and budget. Our umbrellas sell into markets including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, South Korea, Japan, and many other countries.
- Do you provide Umbrella OEM and ODM service?
- Yes, we can do umbrella OEM and ODM design, include custom umbrellas design, color, logo and packaging, also label service and drop shipping for umbrella retail customers.
- What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for your umbrellas?
- For in-stock umbrellas, the MOQ is 10 pieces. For customized umbrellas with your own logo, the MOQ is usually 30 pieces.
- How long does umbrella sampling take?
- Typical sampling is 3–7 days after we confirm logo files, Pantone (if needed), and specs. Rush paths are available — Contact us when you need rush order.
- What is the bulk lead time after sample approval?
- Bulk production commonly runs about 3–15 days after sample sign-off, depending on quantity, canopy color, and packing. We lock the schedule on the order confirmation.
- Can I mix different umbrella models in one container?
- Yes. You can mix different umbrella models in one container and choose the assortment that fits your needs.
- What file format should I provide if I custom print umbrellas?
- The artwork file should be in PDF, AI, PSD, CDR format, as these are editable source files. PNG or JPG will also suffice. If you don't have any of these files, please tell us your requirements — we will try to create the mockup for you.
- Umbrella Packaging and shipping?
- Normally inner is OPP bag, outer is carton — or packed as your request. We support a variety of transportation methods. Please feel free to contact us; we will deliver the goods to you safely. Looking forward to cooperating with you.
- How does payment usually work?
- We require 100% T/T balance prior to production commencement.
